Garage is not available since it’s used to storage the patio furniture in the winter months.

The above house rules are common in most properties. If there are severe breaches of any of the above rules, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund issued. This is a mature and ultra quiet neighbourhood. As a responsible host and good neighbour, I would like it to remain that way.
