The space

The home is furnished with:

• 4 Bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other 3 bedrooms each have a queen bed.

• 2 Baths with heated floors. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

• Large Living Room with 12 foot ceilings, TV & Fireplace

• Luxury kitchen with high end appliances (Miele & Jenn-Air). It also includes pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and blender.

• Dining Room.

• Yoga & Lounge room with Lounge Chairs, Elliptical Bicycle, Yoga Mats & Stability ball.

• Beautiful Deck.

• Washer and Dryer.

**Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule**

**Guests will enjoy the entire main level of the bungalow where we have a private entrance exclusive to you. All amenities of the home including the Kitchen, Bathrooms, Yoga Room, Backyard & Laundry are fully private/not shared. The backyard & yoga room are only accessible to you. They are fully private for your enjoyment only**

**The basement is NOT included. It is rented separately to a quiet and nice couple (you won’t even notice them). They have their own entrance at the side of the home

• 2 free parking spots are available on the driveway. Garage is not available. Other things to note

This is an incredible 4,000 s.q foot townhouse entirely decorated by a professional interior designer. Each of the 3 bedroom upstairs have the comfort of a king bed, 55 inch tv and walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a double bed, it’s own full bathroom and living room with 55 inch TV. The best part is that each bedroom has a design & aesthetic like non other. There are a total of 3 king & 1 double bed, 5 – 55 inch tv’s, 2 living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms.

THE SPACE:
There are 4 very spacious bedrooms. Each having a very unique, warm and grandiose ambiance that sets this home apart from any other vacation home.

PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary Bedroom on the third floor boasts a king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom, dramatic accent wall, 9 foot heigh ceilings, 55 inch TV, 2 walk-in his & her closets, mini fridge and outdoor patio with patio furniture. This bedroom alone is more spacious than most entire condominium apartments. To put it simply, it has everything you could need and more!

BEDROOMS 2 and 3:
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the second floor. They are both very spacious with a king bed and 55 inch TV in each room. Each bedroom also has a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom on the second floor that is located in the hallway.

BEDROOM 4:
Bedroom 4 is located in the basement where we also have a full size bathroom, living room with sectional sofa, 55 inch TV and work desk.

KITCHEN
Located on the main floor where we also have 9 foot ceilings is our fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table beside the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM
Located beside the kitchen with a sectional sofa, arm chair and a mounted 55 inch tv.

DINING ROOM
Located on the main floor away from the living room in its own nook is our dining space with large dining table.

We are located in Downsview Park near all the major highways conveniently connecting you to all parts of the Greater Toronto Area.

• Pearson airport – 15 minutes west
• Downtown – 30 minutes south

Guest access: You will have access to the entire home. 2 parking spots are located in the garage.

• Parties & events are NOT allowed. This is a very firm rule. This will lead to an automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
