This beautifully designed space accommodates up to six guests and features breathtaking views of both the lake and the city skyline. The condo boasts two tastefully decorated bedrooms; the master bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker allows guests to prepare their meals with ease. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and a dryer available at no extra cost. Relax in the spacious bathroom that features a bathtub, hair dryer, and essential toiletries including shampoo, body soap, and more. Towels, bed sheets, and additional linens are readily provided. For entertainment, enjoy access to high-speed WiFi and a TV. The condo is climate-controlled with both air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort year-round. Ground Rules for Filming at Royal Crown Academic School

Scheduling & Availability:

• Filming must be booked in advance and scheduled outside of regular school hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, or designated breaks).
• Production must adhere to agreed-upon start and end times.

Insurance & Permits:

• All productions must provide valid liability insurance naming the school as additionally insured.
• Any required city filming permits must be obtained by the production.

Respect for Property:

• No permanent alterations to walls, floors, or furniture.
• Any temporary changes (set dressing, signage, etc.) must be approved and removed after filming.
• The location must be returned to its original condition.

Restricted Areas:

• Access to offices, staff rooms, and sensitive areas is prohibited unless pre-approved.
• Student records, personal property, and confidential spaces are strictly off-limits.

Conduct & Safety:

• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on school property.
• Safety of cast, crew, and equipment must comply with industry standards.
• A school representative may be present during all filming.

Noise & Disruption:

• Productions must manage noise levels and activity to avoid disturbing neighbuors.
• Generators, lighting rigs, and special effects must be discussed in advance.

Parking & Access:

• Designated parking areas will be assigned; blocking emergency access routes is not permitted.
• Loading and unloading must be coordinated to avoid disruption.

Restoration & Damages:

• Any damages caused by production must be repaired or compensated for by the production company.
• A walkthrough inspection will be conducted before and after filming.
